Who are the guys in Nautilus?

The owner, Vicente Berdonces, was born in Barcelona, Spain, formerly an engineer, is a National Park Galapagos Guide, PADI OWSI Instructor and Skipper, loves nature and settled in Puerto Ayora more than 20 years ago after falling in love with the Islands and diving in the Galapagos.

He speaks English, Catala, Spanish, and French. Resident in Galapagos. He has operated his own boats in the Galapagos Islands since 1989, offering Scuba Diving and Bay Tours, and has been member of the Santa Cruz Tour de Bahia y Buceo Association throughout this time.

Vicente Berdonces is also the key motivator in developing the Galapagos Pearl Project, which hopes to offer ecologically sustainable alternative work and business opportunities for future generations of Galapagos Islanders.
